Recently, Google Pakistan published its annual report that tells what personalities Pakistanis are mostly searching about. Model Qandeel Baloch topped the list, leaving Amjad Sabri on second and Abdus Sattar Edhi on the 3rd. Such statistics, clearly depict our likes and justify the display of inappropriate Ads on Electronic and Print Media.
We are not interested in the services of our hero, one who spent his whole life helping poor and needy faction of society. Who ran the biggest ambulance service around the globe, picking dead bodies from the streets, putting them in morgues, providing them with coffin and a place to be buried. While government institutions only displayed the picture of failure. Even all these services could not
attract our minute attention.
Heroes have never been a center of light and attention in our country. Look at Muhammad Waseem, Saddru din Hashwani, Muhammad Asif and Uloomi Karim, all begging for your attention. Please don't be surprised if you are not familiar with these names. Maybe it's high time now that you
googled them too a little. Yours truly, XYZ.
